Business Essentials Workshop

The Business Essentials Workshop is a customised delivery platform for a range of business management topics which you control. Our approach is to understand what your needs are, prioritise them with you into a sensible order, and then parcel them up in a workshop to run 121 with you.

As we offer a range of different coaching programs, we have a vast library of topics that you can draw on from; defining the direction for your business, through to deeper strategy work, target market identification, sales skills, processes, pricing and financial management….just to name a few.

If your appetite for knowledge is more than you can reasonably handle in a single workshop, don’t worry – we will simply configure additional workshops for you.

As mentioned above, we deliver a range of topics for the small to medium business market, so whilst we have listed a few of the more common ones below – call us if you want something that is not listed.

Management Framework – a simple but effective management framework to run your business with. It’s simple…but effective and scales well, and ensures that you are looking at all of the key business elements each month.
Financial Awareness – this is all about understanding what your financial accounts are telling you. We break down the common financial reports, explaining what is important and how to use them. Effective financial analysis can be done by virtually anyone and it remains one of the best ways to increase your profit.
Maximising Sales – identifies your up-sell and cross-sell capabilities and then, how to apply them to increase your average sale value.

All of our workshop sessions are completed online by appointment, with workshops run over 2 hours at a time convenient to all of us.

The Business Essentials Workshop is a great tool for those businesses who want some support in a particular area, but are not ready to dive into a fuller coaching program. You may be a brand new business just starting and want some support on your direction, product and pricing, or perhaps a more mature business who is running well, but now wants to double down on their numbers to make some real money.

Our workshops cater for all of these needs, and if you need more support – we are happy to explain why, the value you would get and what it would cost.

Business Essentials Workshop - 2 hours with your choice of workshop elements: $500 plus GST.
The workshop includes all of the tools and worksheets for your ongoing use in your business.
All worksheets include a fully worked example so that you have an ongoing reference tool - well past the workshop.
Advanced Workshops are advanced (3 hours) for some topics where additional time is required. Please enquire for availability and pricing.
Whilst most of our workshops are delivered directly to the business owner, we don’t restrict attendance and actively encourage the attendance of other owners, partners or key staff.
